Speedball Diazo Photo Emulsion

An exciting method of screen printing, for fine line drawings and photographic half tone prints, giving over 300 prints on polyester or synthetic screen materials.

The method requires:

  • a screen prepared with photo emulsion and sensitizer mixture
  • a film positive or a printed transparency film
  • a light source (a no.1, BBA photoflood or equivalent is recommended by Speedball) which will transfer the opaque images from the positive (your stencil) to the light sensitive printing screen

The Speedball Diazo Photo Emulsion transfers a negative image onto the screen from a high contrast image o create a detailed stencil.
